Dj Services

Music for the people

I have been a dj over 10 years. Started out spinning wax at raves and clubs back in the day, I moved into corporate dj / mc gigs for awhile, now I'm a freelance all purpose dj. I can cover music for any type of event. I have a huge selection of music on hand, over 20,000 tunes, from oldies to techno and everything in between. If I don't got it, I can get it and mix it.

Professional Service

Getting the right vibe and personality at an event is crucial for a dj. That's why I work with my clients with an initial consultation that covers the event details, request lists, song formats or any other matters that are important to make the event a success. I also make the event easier for everyone by working with clients and guests to make sure everything is going as planned. I can accomodate annoucements, event schedules and requests on the fly and change things up if necessary.

Sound and Lighting

I am able to provide sound and lighting of any scale for events, parties and venues of any size. If you need professional equipment, I can bring it to the party. Pricing will vary depending on the requirements. Contact me for information about PA and Lighting rentals.

Let the good times roll

Keeping the attitude positive and friendly at all times is very important to me. I want to play what you want to hear and make sure everyone has a good time, that's job one in my book. If you need music at an event, I can handle it.

I am also an underground dance music dj. I produce my own online radio show featuring the latest in house, tech-house, electro, breaks and more. Check it out and find information about upcoming club and party dates, along with online mixes, chart and discussions.

Music Toolbox

My background in music production and composition is extensive, here's an overview the tools I currently use and have years of experience with:

  • MOTU Digital Performer
  • Digidesign ProTools
  • Abelton Live
  • Propellerheads Reason
  • Propellerheads Record
  • Processing Plug-ins from Waves, Universal Audio, Izotope, and many more
  • Axiom Controller Keyboards and Roland V-Drums

As a drummer, I use Po' Boy Drums and Cymbals exclusively and have an full endorsement. I play a 5 piece maple custom kit with 7 custom cymbals. This kit has been played on dozens of recordings and sounds incredible. I also have a Roland V-Drums set, mainly for the digital connections in the project studio and for messing around on.

As a DJ, I prefer Pioneer. I have several Pioneer Mixers and CD Players. I have a set Technics Turntables with a huge, but dated, set of vinyl records. For most general dj gigs, I use Live and Tracktor on a PC Laptop due to the ease of managing a ginormous music library.

For most underground music gigs, nightclubs and parties, I prefer to mix CD's due to the increased control I have over the performances.

Gear Specialist
Other than what is listed here, I have extensive experience with audio and recording equipment of all kinds. If you require assistance with software or gear of any sort, there's a good chance I can help. Contact me if you have questions.
